Shezwan Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients :

  • Rice – 400gm
  • Diced cooked chicken- 100gm
  • Dry red chilly – 10gm
  • Carrot – 75gm
  • Beans – 75gm
  • Onion – 50gm
  • Spring onion – To Garnish
  • Shezwan Masala(Paste)
  • Garlic – 50gm
  • Cinnamon – 40gm
  • Star anoseed – 20gm
  • Mace – 20gm
  • Red Chilly – 80gm
  • Oil – 10ml
  • Celery Stalk – 30gm
  • Ginger – 30gm
  • Salt – To taste
  • White Pepper powder – To taste
  • Red Colour – To Colour
  • M.S.G – To taste

Method:

  1. Make a fine paste of bellow given shewan masala.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai saute onion , red chilly, ginger and half boild vegetables.
  3. Add boiled rice, put a seasoning and shewan  paste mix well.
  4. When all ingredients are mix well add a chopped spring onion to garnish.
