Shezwan Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients :
- Rice – 400gm
- Diced cooked chicken- 100gm
- Dry red chilly – 10gm
- Carrot – 75gm
- Beans – 75gm
- Onion – 50gm
- Spring onion – To Garnish
- Shezwan Masala(Paste)
- Garlic – 50gm
- Cinnamon – 40gm
- Star anoseed – 20gm
- Mace – 20gm
- Red Chilly – 80gm
- Oil – 10ml
- Celery Stalk – 30gm
- Ginger – 30gm
- Salt – To taste
- White Pepper powder – To taste
- Red Colour – To Colour
- M.S.G – To taste
Method:
- Make a fine paste of bellow given shewan masala.
- Heat oil in a kadai saute onion , red chilly, ginger and half boild vegetables.
- Add boiled rice, put a seasoning and shewan paste mix well.
- When all ingredients are mix well add a chopped spring onion to garnish.
